Senior Account Executive

Serving more than 260,000 students and growing, BoardOnTrack is looking for our next outbound Member Account Executive to work for the leader in non-profit board management.  We are a growing SaaS company providing expertise, training, web-based tools and a membership community to non-profit boards nationwide.  We are building a company that will allow us to have an ever-growing impact and are looking for a new team member who can flat out sell!

The right candidate will:

  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities from cold and warm leads
  • Maintain high levels of prospecting activity
  • Quickly establish credibility and trusted relationships with prospects
  • Become fluent at presenting how BoardOnTrack elevates the performance of our member’s boards
  • Bring your creative ideas to the team to enhance overall performance
  • Be supported by a sales development representative
  • Choreograph and conduct assessments of customer requirements and needs
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management

You have:

  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience with documented success
  • Owned and delivered a revenue quota
  • The right stuff to get things done quickly and accurately
  • Experience selling to key stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate the business value of a solution to customers
  • A knack for taking complicated things and making them simple
  • Adaptability to a rapidly-changing environment
  • Presence to capture an audience during a presentation
  • Desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful
  • Evidence of being a top producer in previous roles
  • A firm belief that daily, weekly, and monthly activities will enable your success
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, and Salesforce.com
